Chief Severt is a very dirty cop. I embarresed him by calling the Walworth County Sheriff because he left the town of Walworth's police station completely unsecure. And when i say unsecure it was everything. Not just the front door into the entryway with the call down phone, but the whole thing.
Now i have been harrased even to the point of Lt Long and Chief Severt going to businesses in the town to tell lies about me trying to get me blackballed from working there. They have made me pay the same ticket 3 times 2 times which i can prove. They have pulled over my wife and child in an attempt to intimidate me. Tonight officer Hammond whom i have never met (not sure it may be Hammit) told another officer from another town that i may give him problems. And cleary i did not. Officer Voss from Delavan was very gracious and was just doing his job. And he can attest that even as passionate as i was i fully copoperated and didnt give him a bad time.
